2) Lodha To Raise PE For WorldOne Project

Lodha may raise funds through private equity of about Rs.1,000 Cr from Singapore funds GIC and Temasek and HDFC Property Fund.
The fund is raised to invest in its soon to be initiated tallest residential property (117-storey tower) on the 17 acre plot in Lower parel which it bought 5 years ago.
