It has a Pre-IPO placement of up to 90 mn Equity Shares.Edelweiss capital Ltd is the BRLM to the issue.It plans to utilize the funds for the company’s CAPEX, acquisition of additional equity shares in Digital Outsourcing Private Limited, for purchase of set-top boxes, head-end equipments, software, and other related equipments from Digital Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. for repayment of outstanding loan.

Blackstone Group is investing $50 Mn in Jagran Media Network Pvt. Ltd., which will hold majority share in Jagran Prakashan Ltd.
This announcement comes within a month of Independent News & Media Investments Ltd.(INM) selling 7.5% stake in Jagran Prakashan for Rs 255 Cr to domestic and foreign funds.

ICOMM Tele Limited plans to raise upto Rs 200Cr via fresh issue. The issue will also comprise of the offer for sale of 1.978mn shares by Isitva Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a group company.

Sumanth Paturu is a promoter of the company and IVPL is the promoter group of the company.Edelweiss Capital Ltd and Antique Capital Markets Pvt Ltd are the managers to the issue. The proceeds of the issue will be utilized for funding long term Working Capital needs, Capex including purchase of capital equipments for R&D and for Oil & Gas division, the establishment of a tower testing facility, the automation of solar assembly lines, the repayment of long term loan and general corporate needs.

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd is acquiring Megasari Makmur Group and its distribution company - Intrasari Raya for an undisclosed sum.
In January, DealCurry had reported that the deal is estimated to be worth Rs 1,200-1,400 cr.
Godrej said the acquisition will help to strengthen its presence in Asia, Africa and Latin America through 3 core categories--home care, personal wash and hair care.
