R Systems International is set to acquire the ERP business of Nikko Computer Systems Pte. Ltd. through its subsidiary in Singapore, ECnet Ltd.
The acquisition is aimed at helping the company strengthen its ERP business and customer base in South East Asia along with good Japanese client base.
Nikko Computer Systems provides ERP implementation and support services primarily to Japanese companies located in Singapore and Malaysia.

2) TASL Acquires Majority Stake In Aurora Integrated Systems

Tata Sons subsidiary - Tata Advanced Systems Limited has acquired majority stake in Aurora Integrated Systems Limited.
PXV Law Partners advised AIS while AZB & Partners assisted the in-house legal team of TASL.
AIS develops indigenous technology, manufacturing and integrating state-of-the-art airborne systems with a focus on small Unmanned Aerial Systems.

3) DLF To Sell Stake In Wind Power Business To Bharat Light

K P Singh led - DLF is likely to sell a substantial part of its wind energy to Bharat Light & Power for about R700 Cr. The deal is likely to close in next two weeks, according to FE.
DLF is selling its wind power business as a part of its strategy to sell non-core assets to cut its debt. In July, the company’s investors had approved selling DLF’s wind energy business.

4) Tata Housing Raises Debt From IDFC

Tata Housing Development Company, after raising around R70 Cr by minority stake sale in one of its luxury project to American firm Portman Holdings, has raised R300 Cr by issuance of NCDs to IDFC.
The NCDs are divided in two parts with maturity of three and five years and are planned to be deployed in the coming 3-4 months.
In the last quarter, the company also augmented its capital by a commercial paper issuance worth R150 Cr which is to be used for working capital requirements.

5) Etihad Airways To Buy Stake In Kingfisher

Etihad Airways may acquire 48% stake in Kingfisher Airlines for around R3000 Cr, according to Mint.
Abu Dhabi-based Etihad will initially buy a 30% holding in December and a further 18% by next August.
Recently, Etihad was planning to acquire 24% stake in Jet Airways.

6) Bartronics Acquires Controlling Stake In American Firm Systems America

Bartronics Asia Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bartronics India Limited, has acquired 51% stake in Systems America Inc.
In a BSE disclosure, the company stated that in consideration of swap of shareholding, Bartronics America Inc. is now owned by Systems America.
Also prior to the transaction, Bartronics America Inc. was rechristened to mCloud Inc. to reflect its diversification into mobile and cloud computing businesses.

7) Wipro Divests Sunflower Brand To Cargill

Wipro Limited has divested decades old Vanaspati Brand 'Sunflower' to American food producer and marketer Cargill India.The decision of divesting Sunflower brand will help the company to focus on core market segments like Personal Care, Skin Care, Wellness and Lightning business.Last week, Wipro acquired East Asian skincare focused company L.D. Waxsons Group, which is line with strategy to focus on core market segments.

8) Bharti Infratel Raises Anchor Investments

Bharti Infratel has raised R651.7 Cr from 18 anchor investors including Morgan Stanley and Sundaram MF, ahead of the R4,500 Cr IPO, according to BL.
The company has allocated 2.83 Cr shares or 15% of the issue size at R230 per share to the anchor investors.
The anchor investors include AllianceBernstein, Battery March, Clough Capital, Columbia Wagner, Morgan Stanley, Route One Capital, Sundaram MF, Wellington among others.
